We honor refund claims, where the following circumstances exist -
1. The customer unintentionally placed two or more orders.
2. A certain function that is not mentioned in our marketing materials or academic literature is not performed by the online learning programme.
3. The course is not accessible after payment.
4. If a flaw is discovered in our course materials or distance learning resources and our academic support staff cannot correct it or come up with a workaround in 14 business days, we'll refund your money.
5. Failure to provide the product or service, such as when you do not receive it because of mail delivery issues.
